Safety and Training.
At Aztec Building Maintenance we realize that our biggest asset is our staff. Being them our front line of service, we take safety and training seriously.
No new employee can begging employment without being certified as have completed initial training that includes:
Safe work habits.
Routine utilization of personal protective equipment as goggles, gloves, work shoes, etc.
Correct handling of chemicals.
Differentiate between neutral cleaners, surface cleaners, disinfectants, degreaser and abrasives. Proper labeling. Acknowledgment of MSDS sheet book.
Safe operation cleaning equipment.
Extensive training on the maintenance and operation of equipment assigned, from vacuum cleaner, to high speed buffer, carpet extractor, or power washers.
Daily utilization of signage.
With the physical integrity of tenants and visitors in mind we train our staff on the routine utilization of safety signage as “wet floors”, “restroom in service”, “out of service” or “broken equipment”
